momofuku culinary lab's dan felder + veronica trevizo will walk you through two basic noodle recipes: italian pasta and alkaline ramen. learn these foundations, and also prepare accompanying sauces. at the end of class, you will dine on your finished dishes with a beverage pairing by ko's beverage director beth lieberman.
